Although we may not always be able to buy fresh produce every day we enjoy fantastic vegetarian meals aboard.

On our travels we have collected many a recipe for the local dishes, Breton galettes filled with asparagus and emmental cheese being a firm favourite, stuffed Maltese Zucchini, Spanish tortilla to name a few and our pasta is cooked the Italian way - the only way!

Sunday means that Dennis puts in his request for roast garlic potatoes with lentil loaf – even in summer and it tastes just as good cold later even in the early hours of the morning.

But if you can’t live without your fish or meat then there are always plenty of restaurants and bars where the fish is always fresh – a quick run ashore in the dinghy and the choice is yours.
